Two years. I used to play a trumpet and sold it to buy a bass when Kev suggested starting a band as a
way of passing the time waiting for the weather to clear so we could skydive!

Grounded of course!! Seriously though, it would have to be either the Beatles or Led Zeppelin (Paul

How did you get to be in Grounded
|
Kev, Chris and myself were playing in a fun jamming band called Purple Tuesday. John appeared one day
as we were setting up for a jam at Peterborough Parachute Centre and said he could play a little (biggest under-statement I ever heard!!!), and we approached Rhino and asked if he would like to sing, he
jumped at the chance and hey presto, Grounded was formed.

Tips for fellow musicians
|
Practice, Practice, Practice!!! Oh, and living in the same county as your fellow
band members would be an advantage, we’re a very geographically challenged band.

Favourite joke

It takes to long for me to type it, so you’ll have to come to our next gig and ask me!!
